OpenPayd Is Setting Up for a 2027 Nasdaq Listing
OpenPayd Eyes 2027 Nasdaq Debut

Hey FinTech Fanatic!

OpenPayd is getting ready to take its next big step: a Nasdaq listing in the U.S.

The UK-based payments infrastructure company is in the final stages of its proposed merger with Titan Acquisition Corp., with CEO Iana Dimitrova saying the deal is expected to close this year. The plan would give OpenPayd a U.S. listing and help fund its expansion into the American market and future acquisitions.

What makes this more interesting is that OpenPayd has already been laying the groundwork for that expansion. The company recently picked up 43 state licences in the U.S. through MSB USA Inc., a state-licensed money services business founded by OpenPayd founder Dr. Ozan Ozerk.

The company is reportedly targeting a valuation of around $1.15 billion, with more than $240B in annualized transaction volume, $85M+ in annualized recurring revenue and over 1,100 business customers across 180 countries.

OpenPayd is positioning itself around the intersection of traditional fiat infrastructure and stablecoins, and with the U.S. becoming a more attractive market for digital-asset payments, the timing is pretty interesting.

Now the question is whether the Nasdaq move can help OpenPayd turn its global infrastructure story into a much bigger U.S. one.

Definitely one to watch.

Pliant's Malte Rau argues that commercial cards may already have much of the infrastructure needed for this, from virtual cards and configurable spending controls to approval policies and auditability. See how commercial cards could fit into the agentic commerce model.
