Customer Success Manager / Account Manager (Remote, Full-Time)

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager / Account Manager to become the strategic partner for the brands we work with at Connecting the Dots in FinTech.
You'll run monthly and bi-weekly calls with our clients, help shape their content strategy, advise them on what works on LinkedIn and in newsletters, and translate their needs into clear direction for our editorial team.

- Run monthly/bi-weekly client calls (performance review + new ideas).
- Align content calendars, key topics, and messaging angles with brands.
- Bring strategic recommendations based on what works across our client base.
- Translate client feedback into structured briefs for our editorial team.
- Spot upsell opportunities when a client has momentum or new initiatives.
- Monitor analytics (opens, clicks, LinkedIn engagement) and share insights.
- Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and campaign components stay on track.

Requirements (must-haves):
- Strong client-facing communication skills; able to run monthly/bi-weekly brand calls.
- Experience managing accounts or customer relationships (agency, media, consulting, SaaS).
- Ability to translate client goals into clear direction for editorial teams.
- Understanding of content formats (newsletters, LinkedIn posts) and performance metrics.
- Proactive in suggesting content ideas based on what works across clients.
- Strong project management (deadlines, follow-ups, ability to close loops internally).
- High ownership mentality; feels responsible for client success.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a remote team.
- EU or LATAM/US timezone.
- Available full-time.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in FinTech, payments, SaaS, or B2B tech.
- Background in marketing or content strategy.
- Familiarity with editorial workflows, content calendars, or campaign planning.
- Ability to identify upsell opportunities (more content, more formats, deeper packages).
- Experience working in or with creator-led media or B2B influencer content.
- Strong motivation and passion for the FinTech ecosystem.
