- Own the editorial calendar (timing, frequency, campaigns).
- Monitor analytics (newsletter opens, LinkedIn engagement).
- Identify whatโs working and give feedback to writers.
- Align with design, brand, and business goals.
- Ensure consistent execution and growth across platforms.

Requirements (must-haves):

- Ability to give clear, constructive direction to writers.
- Project management skills (deadlines, priorities).
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a remote setup.
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial, โall-inโ mindset.
- Available full-time in LATAM/US timezone.
Nice-to-haves:
- Industry knowledge (FinTech, payments, banking).
- Ability to run simple experiments (A/B testing hooks, formats).
- Familiarity with campaign planning and marketing automation.
- SEO or paid distribution experience.
- Broader social media management (Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
